At namahaom.com, operated by San Lak Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), we are committed to maintaining a transparent and fair refund process for our students and parents.

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions. By enrolling in any course and making payment, the student and/or parent/guardian agrees to this policy in full and final form.

Scope of Refund Policy

This policy applies to all online educational programs, live interactive classes, workshops, coaching sessions, and digital learning services offered through namahaom.com, including but not limited to:

  • Personality Development.
  • Vedic Maths.
  • Abacus.
  • Yoga.
  • Meditation.
  • Mantra & Shloka.
  • English Speaking.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Confidence Building Programs.

Registration / Admission Fee

The registration fee / admission fee is strictly non-refundable, full and final under all circumstances.

Once paid, the registration amount shall not be refunded, adjusted, transferred, or carried forward to any other student, batch, course, or future date.

Course Fee Refund Window

A full refund of the paid course fee, excluding registration fee, may be claimed only within the following refund window:

  • After completion of the second paid live class and up to 6 hours before the scheduled start of the third class.

This shall be treated as the only valid refund period.

Any refund request received after this period shall be automatically treated as not eligible.

Demo / Trial Session Clarification

Any demo class, counseling session, orientation session, or trial class conducted before payment shall not be counted as part of the paid classes.

The refund eligibility period shall be calculated only from the first paid live class after successful enrollment and fee confirmation.

No Refund Cases

No refund, fee adjustment, or compensation shall be allowed in the following cases:

  • Student does not attend class.
  • Student misses classes.
  • Change of mind.
  • Loss of interest.
  • School examination schedule.
  • Travel / relocation.
  • Illness / personal commitments.
  • Internet issues at student's end.
  • Device malfunction.
  • Power failure at student's location.
  • Parent decision to discontinue.
  • Late joining after batch commencement.

Except as specifically covered under the Course Fee Refund Window section above, all payments shall be treated as final.

Late Joining / Partial Attendance

If a student joins the batch after the commencement of the course, no prorated or partial refund shall be applicable for classes already conducted.

The fee remains payable in full.

Trainer Change / Batch Rescheduling

Change of teacher, trainer allocation, class timing, batch schedule, revision structure, or academic methodology shall not constitute grounds for refund.

The company reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule class timings.
  • Merge batches.
  • Assign substitute trainers.
  • Revise class structure.

These changes may be made for academic and operational reasons.

Technical Issues

No refund shall be payable for technical issues arising from the student's side, including:

  • Poor internet connectivity.
  • Audio / video issue.
  • Mobile / laptop malfunction.
  • Software compatibility issue.
  • Electricity failure.
  • Inability to log in due to user-side error.

Company Cancellation

If the company cancels an entire batch before commencement, the paid course fee may be:

  • Refunded in full.
  • Adjusted in the next available batch.

This will be at the sole discretion of the company.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.

The refund shall be credited to:

  • The original payment source.
  • The bank account / UPI ID shared by the parent / guardian.

The actual credit timeline may further depend on banking channels and payment gateway processing.

Promotional / Discounted Plans

Fees paid under:

  • Scholarship plans.
  • Discounts.
  • Promotional campaigns.
  • Combo packages.
  • Festive offers.
  • Limited-period pricing.

May be governed by separate refund conditions communicated at the time of enrollment.

In the absence of any separate written communication, this Refund Policy shall apply.

Wrongful Chargeback / Payment Dispute

If a chargeback, bank dispute, wallet reversal, or payment recovery request is initiated after availing services, the company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend class access immediately.
  • Deny future enrollment.
  • Recover dues.
  • Initiate legal proceedings.

Wrongful chargeback after availing classes shall be treated as breach of contract.

Nominee / Guardian Refund

In case the student is a minor, any refund shall be processed only to the registered parent / guardian / payer.

Where required, the company may ask for identity proof or payment confirmation before processing the refund.

Finality of Refund Decision

The company's decision regarding refund eligibility, timing, and mode of refund shall be final and binding.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
