Terms & Conditions

Binding Agreement

Use of the website, enrollment in any course, payment of fees, attendance in any live or recorded class, and access to any study material shall constitute a legally binding agreement between the student/parent and San Lak Services Pvt. Ltd.

No verbal assurance, telephonic discussion, WhatsApp message, or informal communication shall override these written terms unless expressly issued in writing by the company.

Courses Covered

Courses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personality Development.
  • Vedic Maths.
  • Abacus.
  • Yoga.
  • Meditation.
  • Mantra & Shloka.
  • English Speaking.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Confidence Building Programs.

Enrollment and Admission

  • Admission is subject to seat availability.
  • Batch timing, trainer allocation, and course structure shall be decided by the management.
  • The company reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment.
  • Correct student and parent/guardian details must be provided at the time of registration.

Trial / Demo Session

Any demo class, orientation session, counselling session, or trial class conducted prior to fee payment shall not be treated as part of the paid class count.

The paid course shall commence only from the first live class after successful fee payment.

Class Schedule, Attendance, and Operational Changes

  • Class timings may be changed, rescheduled, merged, postponed, or restructured due to academic or operational reasons.
  • Trainer allocation may be changed at the sole discretion of the company.
  • If a teacher is unavailable due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen reasons, the company may arrange a substitute teacher or reschedule the class.
  • Students and parents shall be informed through call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

If a student misses any class for any reason, including:

  • Personal commitments.
  • School exams.
  • Travel.
  • Illness.
  • Internet issue.
  • Device malfunction.

The company shall not be obligated to provide a one-to-one compensatory class unless specifically announced.

Student Responsibility

The student/parent is solely responsible for:

  • Stable internet connection.
  • Suitable device / laptop / mobile.
  • Audio-video access.
  • Power backup.
  • Proper learning environment.

Any disruption arising from the student's side shall not constitute grounds for refund.

Conduct During Classes

Students must maintain respectful conduct during live sessions.

Any misconduct, abusive language, disruption, bullying, misuse of class chat, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Non-Transferability

Admission, login credentials, class links, study material, worksheets, and recordings are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Sharing access with any sibling, friend, relative, or third party is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All course content including:

  • Videos.
  • Recordings.
  • Worksheets.
  • PDFs.
  • Practice sheets.
  • Trainer content.
  • Branding.

Shall remain the sole intellectual property of San Lak Services Pvt. Ltd.

Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Recording Consent

Live classes, doubt sessions, and communications may be recorded for:

  • Academic review.
  • Quality control.
  • Trainer evaluation.
  • Internal compliance.
  • Safety.

By attending classes, the student and/or parent provides consent for such recording.

Payment Dispute / Chargeback

In case of:

  • Chargeback.
  • Bank dispute.
  • Wallet reversal.
  • EMI failure.
  • Payment reversal.

After access has been granted, the company reserves the right to immediately suspend access and initiate recovery proceedings.

Wrongful chargeback after availing services shall be treated as breach of contract.

Platform Downtime

Temporary interruption due to:

  • Website maintenance.
  • Server downtime.
  • Software upgrades.
  • Third-party platform outages.
  • Zoom / Google Meet issues.

Shall not be treated as grounds for refund or compensation.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for delay, cancellation, or interruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural calamities.
  • Pandemic.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Internet shutdown.
  • Strikes.
  • Civil unrest.
  • Third-party technical failure.

Minor Students

For students below 18 years of age, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Such parent/guardian shall be deemed fully authorized to accept these terms.

Refund Policy

Registration Fee

The registration / admission fee is strictly non-refundable, full and final under all circumstances.

Refund Window

A full refund of the course fee, excluding registration fee, may be claimed:

  • After completion of the second paid class and up to 6 hours before the scheduled start of the third class.

No refund request shall be entertained after this window.

No Refund Cases

No refund shall be granted for:

  • Non-attendance.
  • Missed classes.
  • Change of mind.
  • Lack of interest.
  • School exam schedule.
  • Personal reasons.
  • Late joining.
  • Internet issue at student's end.

Except as specifically allowed under Clause 2.2.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or designated bank account.

Promotional Plans

Fees paid under discounts, scholarship plans, promotional campaigns, combo packages, or festive offers may be subject to separate refund terms.

Company Cancellation

If the batch is cancelled by the company, the fee may be refunded or adjusted in the next available batch.

Privacy Policy

The company may collect:

  • Student name.
  • Age.
  • Parent / guardian details.
  • Phone number.
  • Email ID.
  • Payment details.
  • Course preference.

This information shall be used for:

  • Enrollment.
  • Communication.
  • Support.
  • Payment processing.
  • Academic updates.
  • Marketing communication.

The company shall not sell or rent personal data to third parties except where required by law or payment processing partners.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or grievance must first be communicated in writing to the company.

The company shall be allowed 15 working days to resolve the issue before initiation of legal proceedings.

Governing Law

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Final Acceptance

By proceeding with registration, payment, or class attendance, the student and/or parent confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full and final form.
